This Legal Notice governs the general conditions of use of the Website. Please note that, where applicable, the sale and purchase of our products and/or services are established in the corresponding Terms of Sale.

CENTRIS EVENTS shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the User as a consequence of improper use of the Website or failure by the User to comply with the Legal Texts or instructions provided by CENTRIS EVENTS through any communication channel.

CENTRIS EVENTS is also not responsible for the use made by minors of the Website or for the submission of their personal data without the authorisation of their parents or legal guardians, who are responsible for ensuring that minors under their care make safe use of the Internet. Intellectual and industrial property

Failure to comply with any of the provisions herein shall entitle Centris Events to take the appropriate legal actions against the infringer in defence of its rights, titles, and interests, including the possibility of claiming damages.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of the Legal Texts of the Website shall be governed by Spanish law.

For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation and/or execution of the Legal Texts of the Website, the parties submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

However, where applicable consumer protection regulations establish the possibility for consumers and/or users to choose the jurisdiction corresponding to their place of residence, they may proceed in accordance with such regulations. This is the case, for example, in Spain and most EU countries.

Likewise, and in accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 regarding online dispute resolution for consumer matters, we inform consumer Users that the European Commission has established an online dispute resolution platform to resolve disputes relating to contractual obligations arising from online sales or service contracts between a consumer residing in the Union and a business established in the Union.
