Terms and conditions
Terms and conditions applicable to the sale of tickets for events announced on the website that take place in Spain, except Málaga.
1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
These TERMS AND CONDITIONS, hereinafter the Terms and Conditions, apply to all Events announced on this Website that take place in Spain, except Málaga.
It is very important that you carefully read these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Specific Event Conditions that you will find on the Website and in the Event information available through the Authorised Sales Channel, before placing any order or using any Tickets, since by PURCHASING, HOLDING, USING or INTENDING TO USE any Ticket for the Event, YOU FULLY ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
For this reason, if you do not agree with each and every one of the Terms and Conditions, or with the Specific Event Conditions, you must not purchase, hold, use or intend to use a Ticket for the Event.
In the event of contradiction between the different terms or conditions governing the Event, the content included in the Event information available through the Authorised Sales Channel shall prevail first, followed by the content included on the Website, and thirdly by the content included in these Terms and Conditions.
For all matters relating to the personal data you provide as a user of our Website or during the purchase process, please visit our Privacy Policy, which you will find on the Website.
2. Definitions
Below, we include the definitions that apply to these Terms and Conditions, in order to make them easier to understand:
Attendee: The person attending the Event as a client, user or consumer.
Authorised Sales Channel: The sales channel or channels through which you may purchase Tickets for the Event, which are EXCLUSIVELY: (i) Online sale: Resident Advisor and any others that may be indicated on the Website for a specific Event; (ii) Physical sale: box offices located at the entrances to the Venue on the day of the Event, provided that the Event is not sold out and there is availability; (iii) Ticket with VIP Table sale: through the email address vip@brunchelectronik.com.
Access Conditions: The conditions for access to and permanence at the Event, as detailed in Section “5.4. RIGHT OF ADMISSION”.
Specific Event Conditions: The information about the Event available on the Website and through the Authorised Sales Channel.
Contact Email: info@hivernacle.com, only for Events under the commercial name “Hivernacle”, and info@brunchelectronik.com, for all other Events, as well as any others that may be specially indicated for an Event in the Specific Event Conditions.
Organising Entity: The entity promoting and organising the Event, whose identification and contact details appear in the Event information made available through the Authorised Sales Channel.
Ticket: The ticket, pass or season ticket, acquired through an Authorised Sales Channel, or provided by the Organising Entity, which grants access to the Event.
Event: The event for which the Ticket is purchased and whose identifying details, including date, times, Venue and Organising Entity, among others, appear in the Authorised Sales Channel and/or on the Website.
Management Fees: The amount that certain ticket sales platforms charge the buyer of a Ticket when formalising the purchase, for remote sales services and Ticket management.
Ticket Types: The different types of Ticket available to access the Event, including those that grant access to a VIP Table.
Wristband: The Wristband that each Attendee must obtain at the Event access lanes, by exchanging the previously purchased Ticket, in order to access the Event. In the case of box office sales, the Wristband will be placed at the time of purchase without the need to present a Ticket.
Venue: The venue where the Event is held, according to the information provided on the Website and through the Authorised Sales Channel.
Terms and Conditions: These TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE EVENT AND TO THE SALE OF TICKETS FOR IT.

3. Ticket and Wristband
All Tickets and Wristbands shall be the property of the Organising Entity.
3.1. Tickets
3.1.1. Ticket types
There are several Ticket Types to access the Event, including the Ticket with VIP Table.
Not all Ticket Types are put on sale at the same time and, therefore, this information may vary depending on when you access the Authorised Sales Channels.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The Ticket Type determines the extras to which it grants entitlement, in addition to access to the Event itself, for example, access to the Venue through a fast lane, backstage access, included drinks, etc. It is very important that you carefully read the information provided on the Website and through the Authorised Sales Channel, in order to choose the Ticket Type you wish to purchase. By purchasing a Ticket, the user declares that they have read, understood and accepted all information relating to the Ticket Type purchased.
It is the responsibility of the user of the Authorised Sales Channels or the purchaser of a Ticket to check the age restrictions, accessibility conditions and all other terms and conditions applicable to the purchase of the Ticket and to the Event, which are included in these Terms and Conditions and in the Specific Event Conditions.
The Organising Entity reserves the right to modify the prices of each Ticket Type at any time. Tickets will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time of purchase through the Authorised Sales Channel.
3.1.2. Authorised sales channels
Only Tickets purchased through the Authorised Sales Channels shall be valid, without prejudice to those provided directly by the Organising Entity.
IMPORTANT: The Organising Entity shall NOT be responsible for Tickets purchased through any means or channel other than the Authorised Sales Channels, including resales not carried out within the same Authorised Sales Channel.
The Authorised Sales Channels may be operated by a third party, particularly in the case of online ticket sales platforms such as Resident Advisor, in which case the sales process is also governed by their own terms and conditions, which may include the need to have an account on the platform or the conditions applicable to payment systems and gateways.
In the Specific Event Conditions, included on the Website or in the Authorised Sales Channel itself, you will find information on how to download and show your Ticket in order to access the Event.
As a general rule, the purchase of a Ticket through the Authorised Sales Channels does not entail the charging of Management Fees to the user/purchaser. In the event that, exceptionally, the use of an Authorised Sales Channel requires the user/purchaser to pay Management Fees, the user will be duly informed of this circumstance from the beginning of the purchase process and in compliance with the applicable regulations.
3.1.3. Resale and/or promotional uses
Tickets are for personal use.
The resale of tickets is only permitted through the Authorised Sales Channels themselves, if this option is enabled for the Event. Any other type of resale is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the Ticket without refund or compensation and/or the denial of access to the Event to the Ticket holder/bearer or their expulsion from the Venue.
POSSESSION OF A TICKET DOES NOT ENTITLE ITS HOLDER OR THIRD PARTIES TO USE IT FOR ADVERTISING, MARKETING OR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES, INCLUDING COMPETITIONS, GIVEAWAYS, RAFFLES OR JOINT SALE WITH OTHER GOODS AND SERVICES, except in those cases where the Organising Entity has expressly authorised it in writing. BREACH OF THIS POINT SHALL OBLIGE THE ADVERTISER AND/OR UNAUTHORISED USER TO PAY A PENALTY EQUIVALENT TO ONE THOUSAND PER CENT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE TICKET, WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE ORGANISING ENTITY’S RIGHT TO CLAIM DAMAGES CAUSED.
3.1.4. Withdrawal, changes or refunds
Once your Ticket has been purchased, no changes or refunds will be accepted for any reason, except in the cases explicitly provided for in Section “14. CANCELLATIONS”.
The purchaser of a Ticket shall not have the right to withdraw from the online purchase made, as the exception provided for in Article 103.l. of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users applies.
3.1.5. Fraudulent tickets
The Organising Entity shall have the right to deny access to the Venue to the bearer of a Ticket if any anomaly is detected in it, including duplicate or forged tickets. The detection of any fraudulent use of the Ticket shall be prosecuted in accordance with the legislation in force.
Any Ticket sold, transferred, used or assigned in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or, where applicable, the Specific Event Conditions, may be cancelled and access may be denied or any person attempting to use it or using it may be expelled from the Venue, without right to refund or compensation.
3.1.6. Ticket incidents
For any incident with your Ticket, you may contact:
Incidents related to obtaining, downloading or assigning the Ticket to the end user, prior to the start of the Event: support channels indicated in the Authorised Sales Channel itself.
Incidents once each Event has started:
Incident point located at the entrances to the Venue.
By email through the Contact Email.
WhatsApp: only applicable in those cases where the Specific Event Conditions enable this method and make a contact number available to users.
3.1.7. Specific conditions applicable to tickets with VIP tables
The purchase of a Ticket with VIP Table grants access to the Event to the Ticket purchaser and to a specific number of companions. ALL PERSONS ACCESSING THE VENUE THROUGH THE TICKET WITH VIP TABLE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY ARE THE PURCHASER OR A COMPANION, ARE BOUND, AS ATTENDEES, BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AS WELL AS BY THE SPECIFIC EVENT CONDITIONS. The purchaser of the Ticket with VIP Table is fully responsible for ensuring that the companions accessing the Event are aware of the Terms and Conditions, the Specific Event Conditions and the specific conditions for the use of the VIP Table.
The Organising Entity shall be solely responsible for determining the VIP Table assigned to the purchased Ticket, and the purchaser may not request changes or refunds due to the VIP Table assigned, provided that it complies with the type and capacity determined at the time of purchasing the Ticket.
Access to the area where the assigned VIP Table is located shall be strictly limited to the Ticket purchaser and their companions, with the maximum number of Attendees indicated at the time of Ticket purchase, who will be accredited with the corresponding Wristband when accessing the Event. Allowing access to this area to unauthorised persons or persons without the appropriate accreditation Wristband entitles the Organising Entity to immediately expel the Attendees of the VIP Table, both the purchaser and their companions, without the right to refund or reimbursement.
The full price of the Ticket must be paid at the time of accessing the Event. If the purchaser leaves the Venue without having made full payment, the Organising Entity reserves the right to apply a surcharge of 15% on the outstanding amount, which must be paid within a maximum period of 48 hours from the moment the Ticket purchaser has been notified for this purpose.
3.2. Wristbands
3.2.1. Obtaining the wristband at the event access points
To access the Event Venue, you must exchange your Ticket at the Event access lanes for a Wristband. If you purchase your Ticket at the Venue box office, the Wristband will be placed directly on you.
Modified, torn, apparently forged Tickets or Tickets in which any type of anomaly is detected will not be accepted.
3.2.2. Placement, conservation and use of the wristband
The Wristband will NOT be handed over, but will be placed on the Attendee by the access control staff. Therefore, each Attendee must personally obtain their Wristband at the access lanes, and Wristbands may not be collected for other persons.
There is only one Wristband per Ticket. Once your Ticket has been exchanged, you must keep your Wristband, placed at the access lane, throughout the entire Event.
Any manipulation or exchange of Wristbands is prohibited.
The Wristband is the only valid element that entitles the Attendee to access and remain in the Venue.
The Organising Entity shall not be responsible for breakage, loss or improper handling of the Wristband, and it is the Attendee’s responsibility to keep it at all times, since its loss, manipulation or breakage will make it impossible to access or remain in the Venue.
It is the Attendee’s responsibility to verify that the Wristband is perfectly closed at the time it is placed, as a broken or manipulated Wristband will under no circumstances be changed or replaced by another.
3.2.3. Wristband incidents
For any incident with your Wristband, you may contact:
Incident point located at the entrances to the Venue.
By email through the Contact Email.
WhatsApp: only applicable in those cases where the Specific Event Conditions enable this method and make a contact number available to users.
4. Age to access the event
General rule: The minimum age to access the Event is 18 years old. Minors will not be allowed access to the Venue.
The Organising Entity reserves the right to request that the Attendee show their national identity document, passport or equivalent official documentation proving their age, both at the Venue access points and later inside the Venue.
Any breach of age restrictions may result in the denial of access to the Venue to the Ticket holder or user, or their permanence in it, without any right to refund or compensation.
Events with a Petit Brunch session: If, according to the Specific Event Conditions, the Event includes a Petit Brunch session, minors may access and remain in the Venue only during the hours of the Petit Brunch session announced in the Specific Event Conditions, provided that they are accompanied by an adult who must accompany them at all times.
Other exceptions: The Specific Event Conditions may include other age related scenarios applicable to the Event.
5. Access to the venue and right of admission
5.1. Need for wristband placed and in good condition
To access the Venue, you must have the Wristband properly placed on your wrist. Access to, or permanence in, the Venue will not be allowed without a Wristband, or with visibly manipulated, damaged or broken Wristbands.
5.2. Objects not permitted in the venue
The Organising Entity may restrict entry into the Venue of any object that may be dangerous, unsafe, unhealthy or whose use may breach these Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, the Specific Event Conditions.
In accordance with current legislation, Attendees, and the bags, handbags, backpacks or similar items with which they wish to enter the Venue, may be searched by Event security staff in order to prevent the entry of these objects.
An Indicative List of Objects Not Permitted in the Event Venue is included below:
Aerosols or other containers of/with gas.
Weapons, or objects that could produce the same effects, such as sharp, cutting or security hazardous elements, including selfie sticks.
Flags, banners, posters or other propaganda elements containing (i) political propaganda, or (ii) religious propaganda, or (iii) discriminatory messages, whether on grounds of race, gender, age, nationality, culture, religion, sexual orientation or any other reason, whether or not it may be considered exclusionary, or (iv) defamatory, slanderous, aggressive messages, hate speech or messages tending to disturb public order; or (v) any other type of message or propaganda considered inappropriate for a festival or live music event. THE EVENT IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH ANY POLITICAL, IDEOLOGICAL OR RELIGIOUS SYMBOL.
Bags, handbags, backpacks or similar items whose measurements exceed 35x20x12 cm or with a capacity greater than 10 L.
Professional cameras or other professional elements for audiovisual recording.
Motorcycle, bicycle or similar helmets.
Drinks, except water in bottles of a maximum of 500 ml and without a cap. The entry of drink containers, such as canteens or flasks, will also not be permitted.
Drugs, other illegal substances or other consumption substances considered unsafe, including new psychoactive substances, commonly known as “legal highs”, and/or nitrous oxide, also known as laughing gas, and/or any utensil for the production of such substances.
Elements that may interfere with the Event shows and activities or disturb other Attendees, such as: (i) megaphones, vuvuzelas, horns or other similar objects capable of making loud noise; (ii) laser pointers or flashlights; (iii) firecrackers, flares, fireworks or other pyrotechnic articles; (iv) portable communication devices such as walkie talkies, jammers, radio scanners or similar; (v) high-vis; (vi) helium balloons or other elements positioned above the general public that hinder visibility of the shows and performances.
Furniture items such as umbrellas, parasols, chairs, whether foldable or not, tables, whether foldable or not, barbecues or tents.
Glass objects.
Vehicles of any kind, including bicycles, motorcycles, skateboards, scooters or personal motorised vehicles. Persons with reduced mobility or other special needs may contact the Organising Entity through the Contact Email found in Section “2. DEFINITIONS”.
Portable fans, regardless of size, except hand fans.
The Organising Entity shall not be responsible for any prohibited object or other items considered inappropriate or unsafe that are confiscated in order to allow entry or permanence in the Event Venue.
If security staff detect the presence of any of these prohibited objects inside the Venue, the Attendee will be escorted out of the Venue in order to remove the prohibited object from it.
By way of indication, and not limitation, the following objects WILL be permitted:
Small bags, waist bags, backpacks or handbags, with measurements equal to or less than 35x20x12 and maximum capacity of 10 L.
Water bottles of up to 500 ml, without cap.
Caps, sunglasses, hand fans and sunscreen, containers not exceeding 50 ml and not aerosols.
Tobacco / Electronic cigarettes. Their use will only be allowed in outdoor spaces.
Vehicles necessary for the accessibility of persons with reduced mobility or other special needs, provided that, before the Event, the Attendee has arranged with the Organising Entity the necessary permits to access with the vehicle, through the Contact Email included in Section “2. DEFINITIONS”.
5.3. Activities/conduct not permitted at the event
Any type of activity or conduct that the Organising Entity considers may be dangerous, unsafe, unhealthy or may breach these Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, the Specific Event Conditions, is prohibited.
An Indicative List of Activities and/or Conduct not permitted at the Event is included below:
Aggressive or violent behaviour, behaviour that causes altercations or disturbances, or that publicly incites hatred, violence or discrimination on grounds of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other social or personal condition or circumstance, which endangers public order or hinders the normal development of the Event, or of any activity or show within it. THE ORGANISING ENTITY IS COMMITTED TO THE WELLBEING OF ALL ITS ATTENDEES.
Activities that are annoying to other Attendees, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous or unlawful, or that may constitute a criminal offence.
Climbing onto, or remaining on: fences, barriers, trees, bushes, walls, security elements, including stone or concrete separators, attractions, temporary structures, exhibitions, buildings or other elements or structures of the Event that are clearly not intended for Attendees to climb onto or remain on.
Climbing onto, or remaining on, another Attendee’s shoulders.
Carrying elements that may disturb other attendees or totally or partially obstruct good visibility of any artistic performance.
Entering, or attempting to enter, restricted areas, areas where entry by the general public is not permitted, or areas to which the Ticket Type purchased does not allow access.
Crowd surfing and moshing, pogo, or other similar activities considered unsafe for the general public.
Activities tending to cause, or that may cause, fires, participating in them or throwing objects with/into fire.
Smoking in enclosed spaces or other spaces where smoking is not permitted.
Carrying out activities whose purpose is political or religious propaganda. THE EVENT IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH ANY POLITICAL, IDEOLOGICAL OR RELIGIOUS SYMBOL.
Carrying out activities whose purpose is (i) the promotion of any goods or services, or (ii) the recruitment of clients, members or affiliates, to any type of organisation or entity, whether for profit or not; all except in cases expressly authorised by the Organising Entity within the organisation and operation of the Event.
Carrying out street vending or any other type of commercial activity, except those expressly contracted/authorised by the Organising Entity within the organisation and operation of the Event. In the event of infringement, the Organising Entity shall be entitled to impose on the infringer a penalty equivalent to ONE THOUSAND PER CENT OF THE PRICE THAT WOULD APPLY to a comparable sponsorship or street vending contract, without prejudice to the Organising Entity’s right to claim damages caused.
Audiovisual recording of any of the performances and shows of the Event for commercial or promotional dissemination in any medium, without being a medium authorised by the Organising Entity.
Attempting to pay by any means other than the payment methods permitted at the Event, according to Section “9. PAYMENT METHODS PERMITTED INSIDE THE VENUE” and, where applicable, the Specific Event Conditions.
5.4. Right of admission
The Organising Entity reserves the right of admission.
Admission and permanence in the Event Venue are conditional upon compliance with the following Access Conditions:
Compliance with the age requirements established in Section “4. AGE TO ACCESS THE EVENT”.
Holding and keeping the Wristband in accordance with Section “1. NEED FOR WRISTBAND PLACED AND IN GOOD CONDITION”.
Not possessing or introducing into the Venue any of the objects detailed in the Indicative List of Objects Not Permitted in Section “2. OBJECTS NOT PERMITTED IN THE VENUE”.
Not carrying out any of the activities/conduct detailed in Section “3. ACTIVITIES/CONDUCT NOT PERMITTED AT THE EVENT”.
Complying with the rest of the rights and obligations included in these Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, in the Specific Event Conditions, which are established to guarantee both the proper enjoyment of the Event by all Attendees and the safety of all staff and artists working at the Event.
In particular, the Organising Entity reserves the right to deny access to or permanence in the Venue to Attendees who:
Contravene the objective instructions of the Organising Entity, and in particular of the Event security staff, applicable generally to the whole public and aimed at guaranteeing the proper development and operation of the Event, and the safety and wellbeing of both Attendees and the artists and workers thereof.
Carry out behaviours or conduct that are not permitted, as described in Section 3 above. In particular, the Organising Entity reserves the right to deny access to the Venue to any person who behaves aggressively or violently, causes altercations or disturbances or publicly incites hatred, violence or discrimination at the entrance or surroundings of the Venue, without the need for such conduct to have taken place inside the Venue.
Attempt to introduce, introduce, carry or use any kind of weapons or objects that could produce the same effects, such as sharp or cutting elements, or those considered dangerous for security; or any illegal substance. This is without prejudice to the power to deny access to any Attendee who attempts to introduce the objects detailed in the Indicative List of Objects Not Permitted in Section 2.
Show signs of drunkenness or are consuming drugs or narcotic substances or show signs of having consumed them, or are in possession of or trafficking drugs or other narcotics.
Do not comply with the conditions and/or requirements established on grounds of age.
Non-admission or expulsion from the Venue, under the provisions of this Section 5.4, shall not imply the refund or reimbursement of the Ticket price. It may also entail the immediate removal of the Wristband, which shall remain in the possession of the Organising Entity without possibility of reuse.
6. Capacity
The Venue, and within it, its different areas, have limited capacity that will be controlled by Event staff, so that once this limit is reached, access will be cut off. Persons may only access the Venue when capacity is not full. Likewise, Attendees with a Ticket Type that allows access to a specific area within the Venue may only access that area when capacity is not full. Consequently, the Organising Entity shall under no circumstances be responsible for the impossibility of certain Attendees accessing the Venue or a specific area within it at a given time if those areas are at full capacity.
7. Re-entry
TEMPORARY EXIT FROM THE VENUE DURING THE EVENT IS NOT PERMITTED. ANY ATTENDEE WHO LEAVES THE VENUE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RE-ENTER.
8. Access of animals to the venue
As a general rule, access to the Venue with animals is not permitted. Persons with special needs may contact the Organising Entity through the Contact Email found in Section “2. DEFINITIONS”.
9. Payment methods permitted inside the venue
Unless otherwise indicated in the Specific Event Conditions, the only payment systems accepted inside the Venue are card and cash. PAYMENT FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE INSIDE THE VENUE THROUGH A DIFFERENT PAYMENT METHOD, INCLUDING BIZUM OR ANY TYPE OF EXCHANGE, IS NOT PERMITTED.
Control and security staff may expel from the Venue any Attendee who makes or attempts to make payment for a good or service inside the Venue in breach of this provision.
A Cash Point service may be enabled for the management of cash within the event. The Attendee may hand over cash to top up a physical card with a QR code, which will act as an internal payment method and allow payment for drinks and food at all bars and food points enabled within the Venue during that same event. The QR code issued shall be valid exclusively for the event for which it was generated and shall be automatically deactivated once it ends. The Attendee may recover the unused balance at the Cash Point itself and only during the course of the event, by handing over the original QR card for validation. Photographs, copies or reproductions of the QR code will not be accepted as a valid means to request drinks or food or to recover balances, and refunds will not be accepted outside the indicated period.
10. Food and drink sales points
In order to guarantee the safety, hygiene and health of the Attendees, including food safety, the entry of drinks into the Event Venue is not permitted, except for water in plastic bottles of a maximum of 500 ml without a cap. The Venue will have free drinking water points.
The Specific Event Conditions may also establish other restrictions.
Reusable cup policy:
As part of our commitment to sustainability and the environment, a reusable cup policy has been implemented at all Events.
In this regard, unless otherwise provided or specifically regulated in the General Conditions, the Event will have reusable cups, which will be made available to Attendees for the amount of ONE (1) EURO, as a deposit. In order to purchase drinks inside the Event, Attendees must necessarily have one of these reusable cups.
The reusable cup may be returned at the end of the Event. Upon return of the reusable cup, the deposit will be refunded to the person making the return.
11. Cloakroom and lockers
If the Event has a Cloakroom point or Lockers where Attendees may leave their garments DURING THE EVENT UNDER THEIR EXCLUSIVE RESPONSIBILITY, the following shall apply:
Use of the Cloakroom point or Lockers is NOT free. The Attendee must pay the corresponding fee each time they wish to use it.
The Organising Entity SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE RESPONSIBLE for garments that Attendees leave in the Cloakroom or Lockers, including theft, loss or damage.
For the collection of garments:
Cloakroom: Cloakroom staff will only hand over to the Attendee the garments that are properly placed on the hangers associated with the identifier held by the Attendee. Access by Attendees to the inside of the Cloakroom point is completely prohibited. If the Attendee removes an item from the Cloakroom, they must pay the fee again to leave it again.
Lockers: Lockers operate on a self-service basis. The Attendee may only open the Locker with the token, code or system provided at the time of storing their garments.
The Organising Entity does not guarantee availability in the Cloakroom or Lockers for you to leave your garments.
These services may be provided by a third party, in which case the Attendee wishing to use them must accept the terms and conditions of the service provider.
Once the Event has ended, objects that have not been collected by Attendees will be treated as lost property. For more information, you must go to the information point located inside the Venue. Attendees may also claim their garments, not collected during the Event, by contacting the Organising Entity through the Contact Email listed in Section “2. DEFINITIONS”.
12. Transport and parking
Travel to the Event, as well as vehicle parking, are at the Ticket holder’s own risk and responsibility. As part of our commitment to the planet and the environment, we advise and encourage the use of public transport.
13. Changes to the specific event conditions
The Event is made up of a variety of artists and performances.
The Organising Entity will endeavour to maintain the Event line-up and schedules and those of the proposed artists. However, all of them may be subject to changes at any time and without prior notice, either due to the Event’s own needs or for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Entity.
For this purpose, the Organising Entity reserves the right to modify, suspend or alter any of the activities and performances proposed in the Event line-up. Such changes shall under no circumstances give rise to the right to obtain a refund or reimbursement of the price of the Ticket purchased.
As far as possible, changes before and during the Event will be announced through the Website and the Social Media channels of the Organising Entity.
14. Cancellations
Total cancellation of the Event
In the event of total cancellation of the Event, the following shall apply:
The Organising Entity will notify the Ticket purchasers as soon as possible, and it is the responsibility of the purchasers to inform themselves as to whether the Event has been postponed, rescheduled or cancelled, and, where applicable, about the new dates or Venue where it will take place.
The Ticket price will be refunded to attendees.
In the case of rescheduling, the Organising Entity may offer the purchaser the option to keep the Ticket for the rescheduled Event. The purchaser may also be offered the possibility of exchanging it for another Event, or other Events, organised by the Organising Entity or its group.
IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TICKET PURCHASER TO REQUEST THE REFUND, within the time and in the manner indicated by the Organising Entity, and to provide all information that the Organising Entity requires for this purpose.
Partial cancellations
If it is necessary to partially suspend or cancel the Event due to (i) unforeseen circumstances, (ii) force majeure and/or (iii) causes of any other nature which, being beyond the control of the Organising Entity, recommend cancellation, such as safety reasons, weather alert, prudence and/or risk to third parties, no refund will be available. The foregoing applies to:
If, once the Event has started, it is stopped or not completed.
If the start time of the Event is delayed.
Bad weather conditions and changes to schedules within the Event also do not entitle the holder to a refund or reimbursement, whether total or partial, of the Ticket amount.
15. Covid-19 and other viruses or transmissible diseases
The purchaser of a Ticket acknowledges the known and potential risks of the virus known as COVID-19, or other easily transmissible viruses or diseases, and understands that: (a) such risks increase with proximity to other persons; (b) such risks cannot be completely eliminated within the framework of the Event; (c) there is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19, or other easily transmissible viruses or diseases, in any public place or place where people are present; and (d) there is no guarantee, express or implied, that they will not be exposed to COVID-19, or other transmissible viruses or diseases, if they access the Event Venue.
The Organising Entity reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to implement, modify or remove measures related to the COVID-19 virus and other easily transmissible viruses or diseases at any time, before or during the holding of the Event, and in particular in response to guidelines, recommendations or legislation from the competent authorities.
The Organising Entity reserves the right not to allow access to, or to expel from, the Venue any person who refuses to comply with the measures applicable to the Event related to the COVID-19 virus or other easily transmissible viruses or diseases.
16. Recordings during the event
BY ATTENDEES
Attendees acknowledge and accept that the Organising Entity holds and owns all intellectual property, industrial property and any other rights, including image rights, arising directly or indirectly from the performances, whether artistic or of any other kind, that take place on the occasion of the Event, without territorial or temporal limitation, and without any limitation other than those established in the current Intellectual Property Law.
The capture, fixation or recording of images or sounds for commercial purposes of any kind is strictly prohibited.
The Organising Entity may expel any person who breaches the above obligation, without this giving rise to any right to a refund of the Ticket amount.
BY THE ORGANISING ENTITY, OR OTHER EVENT COLLABORATORS
There may be personnel with cameras, both photo and video, and other professional systems for recording images and sound in the Venue, as well as the presence of media outlets. All these professionals are authorised to make recordings and captures, whether visual, audio or audiovisual, which may be published or publicly disseminated, by the Organising Entity or by third parties, through any means of communication, including television, social media, websites, etc.
By accessing the Event, you accept being photographed, filmed or included in a sound recording, as well as the dissemination of such photographs, videos or recordings by any means, without territorial or temporal limitation. For this purpose, Attendees expressly and free of charge authorise the capture and fixation of their image and/or voice during the holding of the Event, and their subsequent dissemination by the Organising Entity or third parties authorised by it through any means of communication, expressly consenting to promotional and/or commercial use of the captured images.
17. Data protection
The personal data provided at the time of purchasing a Ticket or as a user of the Website will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Website and the regulations in force regarding the protection of personal data. In particular, the Organising Entity may process your data for the management of Ticket sales, as well as to inform you through any means about services, products and promotions of the Organising Entity, unless you tell us otherwise.

18. Liability of the organising entity and limitations
Attendance and access to the Event are at the Attendee’s own risk, and the Organising Entity shall under no circumstances be liable, except in the case of legal breach or gross negligence, for losses, injuries or damages, whether direct or indirect, that may be suffered within the framework of the Event, inside or outside the Venue.
The maximum total liability of the Organising Entity shall under no circumstances exceed the amount of the Ticket purchased. The Organising Entity shall not be responsible for any other expense associated with attending the Event, such as travel, accommodation or meal expenses, nor for the value of objects that may be damaged, lost or stolen during the Event.
If access to the Venue is denied, or an Attendee or Ticket holder is expelled from it for any of the reasons established in these Terms and Conditions or in the Specific Event Conditions, the Ticket, or Wristband, as applicable, purchased shall cease to be valid, without generating any right to refund or reimbursement of any amount.
19. Warnings and recommendations
By purchasing a Ticket and/or attending the Event, you know and accept that:
The performances taking place within the framework of the Event may use strobe lights, laser lighting, pyrotechnics and/or smoke machines, which may be uncomfortable for you.
The stages have speakers that are used during the performances of the different artists. Loud music may damage hearing.
The Organising Entity seeks to ensure that the Venue is equipped with the necessary structures and measures to provide a safe environment. However, Attendees must be careful when moving around inside the Venue.
The Venue may have video surveillance cameras for health and safety reasons and crime prevention, and consequently, Attendees who remain in the Venue, or its surroundings, may be recorded.
In an emergency, the Attendee must follow the instructions and directions of the Organising Entity and, in particular, of the Venue security staff.
20. Attendee support and complaints
At the Venue, you will find the information and incident management point duly identified.
To make any complaint, the Attendee must identify themselves and prove their status as an attendee of the Event.

ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PLATFORM
Once a Ticket has been purchased online, if you have not been able to resolve your issue through the support channels enabled on the purchase platform itself, or through the Contact Email of the Organising Entity that you will find in Section “2. DEFINITIONS”; in accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation 524/2013 of 21 May 2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer matters, we inform you that you have the possibility of resorting to an alternative consumer dispute resolution entity accessible through the following address:

21. Prevalence and modifications
In the event of discrepancy between (i) the information included on the Website or in the Event summary available through the Authorised Sales Channel, the Specific Event Conditions, and (ii) the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the Specific Event Conditions shall prevail.
The Organising Entity reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions if it considers it necessary. If, after the sale of Tickets for the Event has begun, the Terms and Conditions are modified, any changes that may substantially or materially affect your rights as a consumer and user will be notified to you by the Organising Entity.

22. Legal reservation
The Organising Entity is entitled to take any legal measures, both civil and criminal, that it deems appropriate against those responsible for any attempted fraud, trespassing and/or damage caused to the Organising Entity, directly or indirectly.
23. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions have been drafted and must be read and interpreted in accordance with the Spanish legislation applicable to the place where the Event is held.
For the resolution of any type of dispute between the Organising Entity and the user, the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer’s rights, who may bring a claim before the courts of their place of residence.
